First 5 Trinity County Annual Evaluations
First 5 Trinity County has an ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, program integrity and effectiveness, and program evaluation. The Commission contracts with an outside evaluator to gain information to assist with making the most effective funding decisions for the county’s children and their families. In making funding decision, First 5 Trinity County considers best practices, evidence-based programming models, programmatic need and effectiveness, organizational capacity and accountability.
